I have the same goal in the gym as I do in my fourth grade classroom – to create a safe, supportive, engaging environment that motivates people to achieve their goals.


Participating in group fitness classes has been a passion of mine for the past 25 years. I have tried and loved all types of fitness classes including kickboxing, boot camp, spin, cardio, Barre, Pilates, Zumba, and Jazzercise. In 2018, I discovered cross-training and saw instant changes in myself, both physically and mentally. Although becoming an instructor and coach in the fitness industry had always been a dream of mine, as a full-time elementary school teacher and busy mom, it did not seem like a realistic goal. In 2020, I decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and become a certified instructor. I joined XtrainDFQ as a coach that year, and I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing community.


Working out with others provides support, encouragement, laughter, friendship, accountability, and results. I love having the opportunity to inspire and be inspired at DFQ and am thrilled to watch as we continue to grow our family.
